Thermocal Laboratory Ltd is a temperature
calibration laboratory that mainly specializes in the calibration of most types
of temperature measuring instruments. The most common types of instruments
calibrated are mercury-in-glass
thermometers and digital thermometers.
The laboratory is assessed annually by International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) .
The temperature range over which laboratory
calibrations can be performed is -40°C to 1050°C. The types of instruments
calibrated, and measurement uncertainty, are specified in the laboratory's Scope
of Accreditation.
Thermocal Laboratory Ltd receives requests for
calibrations from
organisations throughout New Zealand.
